Here at Coast 2 Coast we recently switched our Mixtape project audio players over to AudioMack instead of DatPiff. AudioMack simplifies and enhances the process of releasing and downloading music online. Here is what we like and dislike about the advertising supported free music platform.

The embeddable players are all HTML5 and have some really easy to use color and style customization features. I really like how when you upload singles you can designate the songs name, artist name, album, the producer, and the featuring artist. Most sites do not have a place where you can designate the producer which has become much more relevant in this producer centric music industry. Another great thing about AudioMack is that they present your Twitter and Facebook feeds right from your profile page. This makes your AudioMack profile more than just a contest hosting page but also an overall information hub where fans can keep up with you latest social happenings while exploring your uploads. Finally AudioMack has no download caps and remains 100% free which separates it from the competition.
Dislikes:
The things I do not like about AudioMack are that you can only upload a front cover when adding album art to your full length uploads. Often the back cover holds some really important information and can also provide a great place to elaborate on the overall design of the album. I also do not like how hard it is to rename single songs when you upload a full album. You have to make sure both the file names and metadata for each song are correct before uploading the ZIP file to AudioMack otherwise the tracks will not be properly named nor appear in the correct order. You can correct the order after uploading but you have not options to correct the track names.
Overall Review:
If you are looking for a new place to host your releases because you are tired of deceiving download ads around your content, done paying for unlimited downloads, and want a professional looking page for your fans to download your releases I would definitely suggest AudioMack.com.
